The Most Amazing Chocolate Cake

  • Butter and flour for covering and cleaning the cake dish
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1½ cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1½ cups buttermilk
  • 1½ cup warm water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting

  • 1½ cups butter softened
  • 8 oz cream cheez, softened
  • 1½ cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract.
  • 7-8 glasses powdered sugar
  • about ¼ glass milk (as required)


1.Preheat stove to 350 degrees. Butter three 9-inch cake rounds. dust with flour and tap out the overabundance.

2.Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a blender utilizing a low speed until mixed together.

3.Include eggs, buttermilk, warm water, oil, and vanilla.Mixed all of them together until smooth. This should take only two or three minutes.

4.Divide the mixture among the three Pans. I found that it took a little more than 3 cups of the mixture to partition it equitably.

5.Bake for 30-35 minutes until the point when a toothpick embedded into the middle comes out clean.

6.Cool on wire racks for 15 minutes and after that turn out the cakes onto the racks and permit to cool totally.

7.Ice with your most loved icing and enjoy!

NOTE: Bake at 176 degrees Celsius in three 23 centimeter pans

  • The Butter in this process should be soft. You can soften the butter by putting the sticks, still in their wrappers, in a bowl of warm (not hot) water for 10 minutes.
  • To warm the milk before including it, warm it in the microwave for 1 minute. Include the vanilla after the milk is warm, at that point add the liquid to the mixture that is the recipe.
  • Never ice a cake until it’s totally cool.
